I worked as a seasonnaire in austria for 3 winters. Did not manage my taxreturn even though I speak quite a bit of german. Simon figured this out for me in no time and got me back way more than I expected. For anyone in the same situation as me; save you the trouble of trying this by yourself and just ask simon. Simon Bagnis mi ha aiutata, con grande competenza e cortesia, a compilare i moduli per la restituzione delle spese legate al proprio lavoro (tax return). È il primo anno che vivo in Austria, non conosco il sistema e non capisco il tedesco burocratico. Simon è stato gentilissimo e molto paziente. Grazie a lui ho scoperto di poter chiedere indietro anche spese che io non avevo preso in considerazione. Non soltanto risponde immediatamente all'email e a ogni genere di dubbi, ma lo fa (anche) in italiano! Grazie a lui ho risolto in un baleno una faccenda che all'inizio mi sembrava complicata e farraginosa.
